'Blue Mouse Ears' is a miniature hosta selection with thick, rounded blue-green leaves forming a neat, symmetrical mound. Vibrant lavender flower clusters appear in July. Hostas are an outstanding foliage plant well-suited for the shade in any moderately fertile soil. They are very drought tolerant once established but prefer consistent moisture. This adorable little Hosta is outstanding for edging or the shady rock garden and is slug resistant.
'Blue Mouse Ears' was selected as the American Hosta Growers 2008 Hosta of the Year.
