Shasta Daisy
'Snowcap' shasta daisy is a compact, yet large-flowered selection of this classic garden perennial. In early to midsummer, very big white daisies with yellow centers appear atop upright, rigid stems lined with course dark green foliage. These make excellent, long-lasting cut flowers and are attractive to butterflies. Due to its compact nature, Leucanthemum superbum 'Snowcap' tolerates weather better than most Shasta daisies. A must-have for the sun garden, mixing effortlessly with other garden perennials!
Shasta Daisy Growing and Maintenance Tips:
'Snowcap' does best in full to partial sun and average, well drained soil. Deadhead to promote additional blooms. Divide plants in the spring every 2 to 3 years to maintain vigour.
