Hemerocallis 'Hyperion'

Daylily

The canary yellow flowers of Hemerocallis 'Hyperion' are carried in profusion above vigorous clumps of arching grasslike foliage. This variety of Daylily has been around since 1925, but Hyperion remains unsurpassed in its color class. It's one of the great performers whose starry flowers retain a light, sweet fragrance lost in most modern hybrids and bloom throughout the summer. Individual flowers open for one day. Enjoy this tried and true ornamental in mixed beds and borders, containers and large mass plantings.
