Eryngium xzabelli 'Neptune's Gold'

Sea Holly

Eryngium xzabelli 'Neptune's Gold' is the first all-gold leaved Eryngium! Bright golden leaves contrast nicely with the steel blue stems and flower heads. A lovely, eye-catching color that does not burn. Leaves emerge bright yellow, fade to chartreuse and then age to a lovely gold and green combination. The long lasting, electric blue, thistle-like flowers are surrounded by bracts that are graduated from silver to gold and then soft lavender.
