Also known as cranesbill, this pretty hybrid is distinguished by its neat mounded habit and long blooming period. The medium green leaves of this hardy perennial are fine-textured, deeply lobed and have toothed edges. In fall, they turn shades of yellow and red. 'Brookside' looks lovely spilling over the edges of stone walkways or low retaining walls.
