A wonderful variety of Ivy, Baltic is a delightful evergreen groundcover that has smaller leaves then English Ivy but boasts the same deep green color and interesting white veins. A variety of Hedera that is most ideal for the northern zones for its cold hardiness where evergreen is desired. It is a vigorous, aggressive, fast-growing, woody perennial that is primarily grown as a climbing vine or trailing ground cover. It is noted for its roots which attach to most surfaces.
