One of the most cold-hardy varieties of Pampas Grass, Cortaderia selloana 'Pumila' is also shorter and more compact than other varieties. Produces showy plumes of silvery-cream that can be used in dried flower arrangements. Wait until late winter, early spring to cut this grass back as the leaves are a protective mulch over the winter months. Use care as the leaves are razor-sharp! Very nice addition to the garden!
