'Lime Frost' is an heirloom variety of Aquilegia with variegated blue-green and creme foliage. Producing mainly blue flowers in early summer, white or pink may appear occasionally on this delightful specimen. 'Lime Frost' columbine is beautiful in the front to mid border or tucked into stonewalls.
Additional:
Aquilegia comes from the Latin word for eagle in reference to the flower's five spurs that resemble an eagle's talon.

Little care is needed for success. Leave the fall basal growth alone to over-winter.
