Chrysanthemum 'Makenna Orange'

Mum, Garden

'Makenna Orange' becomes more orange with age! A mid-late season bloomer from Yoder Mums bred for strong but flexible stems and excellent flower longevity. These mums are loaded with blooms on well-rounded plants.

Mums are a low maintenance and easy to grow plant for fall. They are loaded with flowers and come in a wide selection of colors, flower types and bloom times. Mums grow best in full sun location. Mature plants should be planted far enough apart so the foliage does not touch. Plant at same soil level as original container and water in thoroughly. Mums bloom in response to the shorter days and longer nights of fall. Normal rainfall is usually sufficient for mums. During dry spells, water as needed to keep from wilting.
