Plantain Lily

'Minuteman' Hosta is a stunning variety with dark green leaves that are surrounded by a white margin. Minuteman's foliage has good substance and is usually cupped and slightly wavy. This variety of Hosta, also known as Funkia or Plantain Lily, has pale lavender flowers and it is one of the most popular of white margined hostas. 'Minuteman' is similar to 'Patriot' but has heavier substance, a darker green leaf, and a more creamy-white cupped margin.
