The giant blue-green leaves of the 'Frances Williams' hosta have very wide, chartreuse to yellow margins. With maturity, the margins of this variety of Hosta become wider. Its leaves are leathery, bold, puckered and slug-resistant. Mid-summer days bring white to pale lavender trumpet-shaped flowers. Still one of the most planted hostas in the country.
