Groundcover Phlox

Phlox 'Violet Pinwheels' is a variety of groundcover phlox with intense violet-purple flowers in spring that look like pinwheels. Blooms earlier and has a wonderful compact growth habit. Beautiful draping over a rock wall or along garden paths!

This groundcover Phlox is a hybrid that behaves similarly to Phlox subulata, but with a more intense, fantastic flower color than you would expect from the classic varieties.
