Meadow Sage

Salvia nemorosa ‘Salvatore Blue’ offers a long season of impressive color, from late spring right into autumn. This compact, well-branched plant has abundant, upright stems of deep blue flowers on black stems.
It is a strong performer in both gardens and pots and bees and other beneficial insects will flock to it. The foliage grows low on the stems so will overflow from pots, softening their edges.
Grow in a sunny location in well drained soil. These Salvias are dry tolerant once established with a vigorous growth and easy care. Heat tolerant. Remove spent flowers to encourage even more blooms.
